You verify your college and year using your institute email ending in .ac.in, and connect your GitHub, LeetCode and Codeforces/CodeChef accounts. We pull real stats via API — no self-reported skills.

Your profile links your GitHub, LeetCode and Codeforces accounts and sits next to the projects you actually shipped, your work samples and the AI tools you use. There is no single score — an employer opens the real thing and judges it, which is the point.

Every internship on Tierones is remote — you work online from your campus, around your semester, with no relocation. Stipends are set by the employer, always in US dollars and always per hour, with a platform minimum of US$10/hr. Tierones lists coding internships only, never full-time jobs.

Yes — Tierones is free for students while we grow the network. Our only priority right now is building a dense, high-quality community campus by campus.

Employers post coding roles and receive applications from verified Tier-1 candidates, with college, branch, year and coding stats on every profile. They shortlist, schedule interviews and message candidates in-app, and hire in days instead of a placement cycle.
