Everything about joining Tierones, verification, the Tierones Score and hiring.

Tierones is invite-only and built exclusively for coding/developer students at India's Tier-1 engineering colleges — the IITs, NITs and IIITs. We focus on 2nd-year students so you own the relationship years before placement season.
You verify your college and year using your institute email ending in .ac.in, and connect your GitHub, LeetCode and Codeforces/CodeChef accounts. We pull real stats via API — no self-reported skills.
The Tierones Score combines your competitive-programming rating, GitHub activity and your percentile against coding peers at your own campus into a single shareable number. It's your proof of skill and your job-ready profile in one.
Yes — Tierones is free for students while we grow the network. Our only priority right now is building a dense, high-quality community campus by campus.
Employers post coding roles and receive applications from verified Tier-1 candidates, with college, branch, year and coding stats on every profile. They shortlist, schedule interviews and message candidates in-app, and hire in days instead of a placement cycle.
We roll out one campus at a time to keep the network dense, starting with high coding-density IITs, NITs and IIITs. Sign up free with your institute email and you're in as soon as your campus opens.
Yes. From day one you get your Tierones Score and your campus leaderboard rank — verified proof of where you stand among coders at your college. And as startups open roles for your campus, your profile is already in the ranked shortlist they see, so you never start from zero.
